ASIAN PARA GAMES
The Asian Games are held every four years specifically for athletes with Disabilities (OKU) in the Asian continent. This festival was originally known as 'FESPIC GAMES' was changed to 'ASIAN PARA GAMES' starting in 2010 towards making this sporting event more competitive and structured. Every athlete who will compete must pass the minimum qualification limit set by the Asian Paralympic Committee (APC).
Since the sport was first introduced in 1975, the National Paralympic contingent has never been left behind to take part in the Games.
At the participation of the National Contingent at the Jakarta / Palembang Asian Para Games 2018, the National Contingent has won 17 gold, 26 silver and 25 bronze medals and is the best achievement of the country outside Kuala Lumpur.
