COMMONWEALTH YOUTH GAMES

The Commonwealth Youth Games was first introduced in 2000 with Edinburgh, Scotland hosting the first Games in August 2000.
Held every four years such as the Commonwealth Games, the Commonwealth Youth Games focus on athletes aged 14 to 18 years.
Malaysia's best achievement in the Games was in the 5th edition which took place in Apia, Samoa in 2015 when Malaysia managed to bring home 11 gold, 3 silver and 3 bronze medals.
